Notice: All flats and houses for rent just for long-term lease with a minimum 3 (and more) month stay and prepayments. If Tenant need for an extra items in the property (technics or furniture) so it will be discussed separately between Tenant and Landlord. Please do not hide if you have a pets! Some of the Landlords are NOT allowed pets and other animals in their properties, but most of them are giving permission just after personal conversation with Tenant.
Lease contract will be registrate in the State Notary Offices of Uzbekistan.
